ALTON TOWERS RESORT RESTORES FAITH IN CHRISTMAS WITH FREE TRIP FOR DISAPPOINTED LAPLAND VISITORS

In a bid to restore faith amongst the British public that Christmas themed events can be truly magnificent, the Alton Towers Resort are offering those left upset by their visit to Lapland New Forest a free day out on Saturday 13th December to experience their fantastically themed Christmas celebrations.
Families will be able to meet and greet Santa’s reindeer in the beautiful grounds of the Alton Towers Hotel, before visiting Santa in his hidden grotto located in the depths of the woodland behind the Hotel, where all children will of course receive a gift.
Children’s rides will also be available in the elves’ playground, and the tropical waterpark and golf courses will also be on offer.
Morwenna Angove, Sales and Marketing Director for the Alton Towers Resort said:
“After hearing the reports that many people were left disappointed at Lapland New Forest, we immediately felt compelled to help. We’re extremely proud of our Christmas events and we go to great lengths to offer a truly enchanting experience for all. We will be adding an extra day of Christmas celebrations on Saturday 13th December especially for those who didn’t have the experience they were hoping for at Lapland New Forest. This extra day of celebration will only be available to those left disappointed at Lapland, and whilst spaces will need to be limited, this is purely to ensure all families experience a fantastic day out at our Resort ”.
Those wishing to visit the Resort should email guest.services@alton-towers.com to pre-book their place or call 0871 222 9901. Guests will need to provide proof of their visit to Lapland New Forest. Spaces are limited to 1500 guests.
